Promotions and bonuses are governed by separate promotion terms. A welcome bonus, if offered, is subject to wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus eligibility, and expiration timelines. Goawin provides Prematch and Live betting markets. Bets are settled on the basis of the final, official results published by the relevant sporting or event authorities. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or significant alteration of the event, bets may be void or settled in accordance with the applicable rules published by Goawin. Some bets may be restricted or voided if the integrity of an event is compromised or if unauthorized changes occur.
Goawin undertakes identity verification, source-of-funds checks, and ongoing risk assessments to comply with anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism obligations. Goawin may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if verification cannot be completed, suspicious activity is detected, or there are concerns about gambling-related harm. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that licensing jurisdiction, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and any mandatory dispute-resolution procedures required by law.
Goawin may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cease using the Site and may request account closure.
