Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A single bonus may be claimed per person, household, address, email, phone number, payment instrument, IP address, and device. To claim a bonus, a user must complete the steps described in the promotion. Once claimed, the bonus is credited to the Bonus Balance and becomes available for wagering in accordance with these Terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses expire after a defined period from activation (for example, a period of 14–30 days); any unutilised bonus funds or winnings associated with the bonus will be removed after expiry.
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses and determine how bonus funds and winnings may convert to real money. Goawin uses a two-balance system: Cash Balance and Bonus Balance. Funds from the Bonus Balance may be used for eligible wagering but are not withdrawable. Withdrawals are permitted only from the Cash Balance. If a Bonus Balance is active, no withdrawal may be made from the Cash Balance until the Bonus Balance is zero. Upon completion of all wagering requirements for a bonus, the converted funds become withdrawable in the Cash Balance, subject to the general withdrawal policy.
There are caps on withdrawals associated with bonus promotions. The maximum cashout related to a bonus may be limited to a capped amount per offer (for example, a fixed euro and currency equivalent cap). Any winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be forfeited or voided. After meeting wagering requirements and converting bonus funds, the user must withdraw the converted funds before making a new deposit if continuing with bonus plays, unless the offer specifies a different flow.
Bonuses shall not be activated in cases of bonus abuse or manipulation. Initiating multiple deposits to obtain additional bonuses, using bonus funds for prohibited activities, or delaying game rounds to avoid wagering requirements may result in cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of related winnings. Live Casino games are generally not available when an active bonus is present, and some games may be restricted from use with bonus funds.
During an active bonus, certain games may be unavailable or contribute differently to wagering requirements. The terms will specify which games contribute, at what rates, and which games are excluded.
Goawin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer and related winnings at any time. Changes to these Terms take effect upon posting and apply to existing and future bonuses unless the offer states otherwise.
A player may request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements; in such cases the bonus funds and related winnings are removed from the balance, and any remaining funds are available for withdrawal from the Cash Balance subject to standard processing times and verification checks.
