Goawin is committed to responsible gaming and to reducing gambling-related harm. This Self-Exclusion Policy explains available protective measures, how to request them, the effects and durations, and how reactivation operates. The policy applies to all Goawin accounts and services and complements the Goawin Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
For the purposes of this policy the following terms have the meanings shown. Time-Out means a temporary pause from all Goawin products. Self-Exclusion means a longer fixed period during which access to Goawin products is blocked. Cooling-off period is a 24-hour period that applies at certain transition points in the exclusion process. Financial protection measures include account limits and other controls governing activity and spending on the account. Goawin limits participation to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
A Time-Out may be initiated by the account holder from the Goawin account profile. The available periods are 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. While the Time-Out is active, deposits and withdrawals are prohibited and access to all Goawin products is unavailable. A Time-Out revocation can be requested only after 24 hours from the initial Time-Out request. Upon expiry, the Time-Out ends and the account is automatically reactivated unless a separate exclusion is in place.
You may elect Self-Exclusion for a specified fixed period. The process is as follows:
Goawin will take reasonable steps to ensure that promotional material is not sent to customers during a Self-Exclusion period. Goawin cannot be liable for promotional material delivered to accounts registered with incorrect or altered details, or where third parties continue to access the account. You should seek independent professional assistance if you encounter access during a Self-Exclusion period.
You may impose financial limits on deposits, losses, or wagering within the My Account section. If you exceed a pre-set limit, you will be restricted from further actions related to that limit. To revoke a limit or exclusion, you must submit a written or electronic revocation request. Goawin will consider the request but may deny it in its absolute discretion. Goawin will take reasonable steps to enforce Self-Exclusion procedures and will endeavour to prevent promotional material from reaching excluded customers.
If Goawin reasonably believes that continuing to gamble could cause financial or personal difficulties, the company may close your account. You must not open a new account. If you do so, you do so at your own risk and Goawin cannot be held liable.
Goawin provides information and directs users to recognised services for gambling-related support. If you require help with Self-Exclusion or Time-Out requests, please contact Goawin customer support through the appropriate channel. We encourage seeking professional assistance for gambling-related issues, and we provide information on available services for guidance and support.
Goawin operates in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, including Know Your Customer and anti-money laundering requirements. The Self-Exclusion arrangements are implemented in accordance with these obligations and may be updated in line with policy amendments.
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes. Continued use of the Goawin platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Notices of policy changes will be communicated in accordance with Goawin Terms and applicable law.
