Goawin Payment Policy — Scope and Purpose
This Payment Policy governs all monetary transactions conducted on the Goawin platform, including deposits to and withdrawals from your Goawin account. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions and applies to all users who fund or cash out funds from their accounts. By initiating a payment or withdrawal you confirm you have read, understood and accepted this Policy and any updates published by Goawin.
Definitions
- Base currency: the primary currency in which your Goawin account is denominated.
- Payment Method: any channel used to fund or withdraw funds from your Goawin account, including cards, bank transfers, or digital wallets supported by Goawin.
- Verification: the process of confirming user identity and address in accordance with Goawin KYC and regulatory obligations.
- Processing Time: the interval required to complete a payment instruction after submission, subject to method and verification status.
Deposits
Funding your Goawin account must be performed using an eligible Payment Method supported by Goawin. Deposits are subject to minimums, maximums and currency considerations described below.
- Eligible methods: Goawin accepts debit and credit cards issued by financial institutions, bank transfers and certain digital wallets. Other methods may be added from time to time and will be disclosed in the Goawin Help Centre.
- Minimum deposit: 10 in the currency selected for the transaction. Maximum per transaction: 5,000 in the same currency. Monthly deposit limits may apply and will be displayed in the Goawin Help Centre.
- Credit to account: Deposits are credited promptly. If funds are not shown within 24 hours, contact Goawin Support. For bank transfers, reconciliation may take up to 2 business days.
- Reversals and chargebacks: If a deposit is reversed, charged back or otherwise reversed by the payment provider, the corresponding funds will be removed from your Goawin account and any winnings attributed to those funds may be forfeited. Goawin reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals will be paid using the same Payment Method used for funding where possible, subject to availability and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum withdrawal: 20. Maximum per withdrawal: 5,000. Daily limit: 15,000; Weekly limit: 40,000; Monthly limit: 150,000. These limits apply to the real funds in your account and may be adjusted for verification or regulatory reasons.
- Verification required: Before first withdrawal Goawin will require identity verification and proof of address. Additional verification may be requested for security or regulatory purposes.
- Processing times: Withdrawals to digital wallets or cards are typically processed within 1–3 business days after withdrawal approval; bank transfers may take 3–5 business days depending on the financial institution. Some methods may be instant.
- Fees: Goawin may charge a withdrawal processing fee. The applicable fee, if any, will be disclosed prior to submission and on the withdrawal confirmation page.
- Pending status and security checks: Withdrawals may be placed on hold for security checks or further documentation; you will be notified of any holds and required actions. Unusual activity may trigger additional verification or temporary suspension of withdrawals.
Bonus Interactions with Payments
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions described in the Bonuses terms. Until wagering requirements are met, withdrawals are limited to the aggregate of your real funds on deposit and any winnings generated from those funds. Bonus balances that remain after wagering completion may be withdrawn in accordance with Goawin’s standard withdrawal rules.
Security and Data Protection
All payment transactions are protected using industry standard encryption and security measures. Goawin stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. For added security, users are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication and to review active sessions in their account.
Changes to this Policy
Goawin may amend this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated within the Goawin platform and, where required, via notice in accordance with applicable laws. Continued use of the Goawin platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
